Contracted Insurance Plans

We are contracted with a number of insurance plans, for specfic details please call any of our offices. If your health care services are covered by one of these plans, we will request a co-payment at the time of your visit. You also will be responsible for any deductibles or other special conditions required by your insurance company. To expedite your insurance claim, please bring your current insurance card and valid photo identification to the office when you visit.

Co-payment or Co-pay

A co-payment is a predetermined fee that an individual must pay for each office visit. It is the insured individual's contractual obligation to pay the co-payment. The dollar amount of the co-payment is established by an individual's insurance company. It is collected at the time of service.

Deductible

Many insurance plans require that you pay a certain annual amount of healthcare expenses before the insurance company will cover your health care costs. Accent Urgent Care will attempt to verify the current status of your deductible. If we determine that you have not met your deductible, we will calculate the amount that you are responsible for based on your insurance plan's contracted rates and collect the correct deductible amount at the time of service.
